What does Freight24 do?
Freight24 is an Indian road freight network. It connects shippers who need goods moved with verified truck owners who move them, and the company runs the whole operation from matching through to payment.
Who is it for?
Two sides. Shippers use Freight24 to move goods and stay informed until delivery. Truck owners use the F24 Loads app to find open loads on their routes, claim a trip, and get paid.
Does Freight24 own any trucks?
No. Every truck in the network is owner operated. Freight24 verifies the truck and the owner, then handles coordination, paperwork, and payment settlement.
How does a truck owner get paid?
The agreed rate is recorded against the trip. Delivery paperwork is verified before payment is released to the truck owner, so settlement follows proof of delivery rather than a download.
What documents are involved?
A lorry receipt is uploaded at loading and verified. A proof of delivery is uploaded at unloading, either clean or disputed. Onboarding also covers Aadhaar, PAN, RC, insurance, and IFSC checks.
